We first contacted OKAY.com in June 2016 as soon as we knew we were moving to Discovery Bay from abroad. With Nina’s understanding of our wants, needs and concerns the whole house hunting experience in a foreign place couldn’t have been smoother or more stress free. Every doubt, paperwork, law and other local bureaucracies were explained to us promptly. Without Nina's commitment, professionalism, dedication, efficiency and DB knowledge we wouldn’t have found the perfect home for our family. Jayde enthusiastically promoted our apartment and through her professional and efficient service found excellent tenants for us. We were very impressed with the liaison she provided between us, as the landlord, and the couple who rented our apartment. Jayde responded quickly to enquiries from both parties and always had a smile and helpful suggestions. We look forward to working with her again in the future.

Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.
