I arrived in Hong Kong to have a first look at our new life ahead, not having a clue about anything, and was so lucky to have Stephanie showing me around for the whole week. To me, she has been my first friend in this big exciting city not only showing me housing but really helping me on so many levels - locations, supermarkets, schooling etc. Her expertise and knowledge as a true Hong Konger but also as a mother has made my relocation with my family so easy and fun. I am forever grateful for all the time she spend, the care she took, the sympathy she has shown and the apartment and new home we have found. Stephanie knows the market well, thinks from our point of view, understands our preferences very well and selects houses for viewing accordingly. She is always responsive, timely and proactive without us feeling pressured. She is also honest with her analyses of the pros and cons of the houses. So we have developed good and well-rounded perspectives in our decision-making. She treats her clients as friends and goes beyond the call of her duty to be helpful for her clients. For example, she would help recommend helpers, good restaurants, stores and other tips for living around the area. She is definitely a go-to person not only for our house hunting but also for settling down in the area.

Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).
