Cathrin was a very attentive and thoughtful agent who helped us with our move to DB. She had selected plenty of appropriate properties for our budget, was flexible with our viewing times and was prepared for each viewing. She had great knowledge of the local area which helped us to feel comfortable with our decision on where to make an offer. I appreciated her ability to communicate via Whatsapp regularly during our research and viewings; and she supported us with the final handover, particularly with regard to the utilities. We have known Dorothy Poon for 2 years now and there isn't enough I can say about how great she is. She has happily assisted us on two moves. She has gone above and beyond her normal job duties in order to make our move easier. She has served as our translator and sometimes our mediator.
