Cathrin was a very attentive and thoughtful agent who helped us with our move to DB. She had selected plenty of appropriate properties for our budget, was flexible with our viewing times and was prepared for each viewing. She had great knowledge of the local area which helped us to feel comfortable with our decision on where to make an offer. I appreciated her ability to communicate via Whatsapp regularly during our research and viewings; and she supported us with the final handover, particularly with regard to the utilities. Ms. Yohanita is very helpful and she works efficiently. As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like.
