Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok! Early last year Helena Lau very deftly handled the successful letting of our flat to the satisfaction of two quite fussy people! Immaculate paperwork too. In the interim all routine management work, not really OKAY’s province handled well too. Recently the very reliable tenant has sought to vacate early (economic reasons) Helena reminded her that the contractual notice period is two months! She has expended a lot of energy in endeavouring to find a new tenant. Quite a lot of messaging involved. Tenant has now decided to stay on. So your letting fee is now deferred! The important thing is that Helena maintained momentum-an important attribute. I think OKAY’s recruitment and training policy really shines through here. I hope management think so also.
