We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. I have lived in America, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and it is safe to say that Gertrude went far and beyond with what I expect a housing agent to do. In fact, Gertrude was almost more of a relocation agent. Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in.
