I am a recent expat [that] relocated to HK from Spain. I contacted OKAY.com to show properties around Happy Valley. My time was also limited as I needed to find a property in a very short period of time. Jayde Pamuk organised a few properties for me to see, her personality made the experience a relaxing and easy one. During this process Jayde also [familiarized me] with the area. I did not only find a property on the same day but [she] also managed to arrange a good deal for me. The follow up process since my move has been consistent and Jayde has made it easy for me to feel like at home in a very short period. Andrea was such a great help in finding us an apartment. She quickly clued on to what we were looking for and didn't waste time trying to push us to go with something we weren't happy with. She also gave up her time and waited over half an hour when I was late for an appointment. We really appreciated having someone help us that we trusted, and who actually listened to our requests. After some horrors in HK, we were so happy we found her!

I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose. I can't thank her enough for all the time and help she gave us and of course, would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of moving.
