I've moved several times over the years in Hong Kong and this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable experience I've had. The pictures on the OKAY website are accurate and the website is totally user friendly. Dorothy asserted no pressure whatsoever. She has a great intuition in understanding what I probably would like and treated people with respect and care. I found an apartment on the 1st day of looking. Got a great deal thanks to Dorothy. I think landlords trust her as much as the prospective tenants. She handled all the documentation and made the whole process seem as smooth as butter. OKAY is so much better than websites of old and Dorothy is just fantastic. Highly Recommended.

Shirley has done an amazing job, selling my apartment in these very difficult times and achieving a price that I was very happy with. She has proven herself as an effective negotiator.
