Lala was understood our needs and requirements and she shortlisted apartments well accordingly. She is well organised and detailed from beginning to end. What I really like about her is that she followed on things we asked and responded in a timely manner. Her attitude is always professional and very pleasant to deal with. Anil is very detailed oriented and spent time to understand my specific needs and my background rather than just showing me whatever apartments available. He also provided many his personal experiences in the area we are looking and helped a lot in the final negotiation with landlord.
