Tommy was excellent. One of the best customer facing people I have engaged with. This started when we were introduced while I was in Singapore. He answered my questions promptly, even on weekends. He took time to explain the process and really listened to my criteria on what I was looking for. Each apartment he showed me matched my specifications. Anil is by far the most meticulous, thorough and professional agent I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with many in my lifetime. Furthermore, I found Anil to be very easy going, knowledgeable and diligent. He has earned my trust in a very short period of time.
