I was very happy to have Jayde as my letting agent. The whole process from offer to the final signing of the tenancy agreement went very smoothly and even when we came up against a few stumbling blocks, Jayde was very helpful and quick in coming up with solutions which worked for both me the landlord and the tenants. Tommy was approachable, polite and not pushy. Although we found an apartment on other platform in the end, we still enjoyed working with him a lot during the process.
