I write to thank OKAY.com, but, more specifically, Helena Lau for her hard work in helping me find my first rental property in Hong Kong. Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong. She was extremely responsive and helpfully throughout the entire relocation process – helping us to shortlist properties according to our requirements before the relocation and showing us through many suitable options during our visit. She also helped us understand the locations of the various properties and the pros and cons of each – considerations that we would not have thought of being new to Hong Kong. We were so impressed with Kim’s service that we have already recommended her to another colleague who is relocating to Hong Kong.

Ning was a fabulous agent with her friendly and professional service, taking the time to understand our needs while sharing her insights on each of the residential areas. She helped us to really focus in our search to the right buildings that would suit our needs and have the neighbourhood character that we desired.
