My experience working with Rosa McCann was exceptional. Rosa adhered to my budget. When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. At no point did I feel pressurized, nor did I feel Rosa pushing me into a more expensive category to get the job done. I found Rosa to be professional, warm and caring. I felt supported in more ways than one in her expert care. She did all the necessary paperwork (including setting up the utilities and internet), introduced me to contractors she has used in the past to assist me with hanging art, curtains and so on and even showed up on moving day to walk me through the flat to show me how everything worked. Ingrid was really friendly, professional, and trustworthy from the start. She was able to show flats on very little notice and as a result, we were able to find a dream flat. She was also very effective at helping us negotiate the price by suggesting we include our photos and write a short biography. As a result, we were able to agree on a great offer. She also made sure that the flat was in great condition, and was able to spot things that needed addressing with the landlord. Thanks to her everything was sorted in time for our move. In addition, she managed to secure one week rent-free for us and gave us a wonderful gift on our moving day.
