She took the time to fully understand our needs and was determined to help us find the right home to meet our requirements. Sonam was a fantastic negotiator and was able to secure the best deal for us. She was a great communicator, always quick to respond to our queries and concerns, and kept us informed at every step of the process. Even after we had closed on our new home, Sonam continued to assist and guide us until we were fully settled in. She went above and beyond our expectations, and we were more than happy with her work. We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
