Elma, has been respecting all our needs we had from the first visit. She helped us and still is helping for the apartment as the owner does not speak English and certain things are still not fixed. I think she went the extra mile due to our work schedule and language barrier during the relocation. For sure if somebody will ask me I recommend Elma and Okay. Thanks lot for your service

He was very straightforward and easy to deal with and very proactive in helping me get everything organized with the landlord and utility companies and with lots of useful tips on the housing/utility issues in Hong Kong. Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me!
