Alan is organized, thoughtful, and professional with the right amount of fun. He learns what appeals to his clients and helps find the right place to meet their needs. Dorothy and OKAY.com exceeded my expectations in my search for a new flat. The whole process was very organized and quick. (We negotiated the price and signed the lease agreement on the same day as viewing the flat.) Dorothy was very professional and responsive and was not afraid to bargain down the price on my behalf. Dorothy also prepared a handover report and helped transfer the utilities to my name as part of her services. I will recommend her to all my friends.
