Ingrid has assisted me with the search and it has taken me about 3 weeks to find a place where I wanted to put an offer in. I have a very particular taste with real estate, given I grew up living in custom designed houses. Ingrid has been very patient with me and very professional as she has always come well prepared to show properties. Afterward, she worked around the clock to help with contract arrangement, stamp duty, flat inspection, handover, etc. All of them require smooth communication, a heart for details, and work with time differences (my time zone is 8 hours behind that in HK). Helena is always proactive in attitude and extremely thoughtful in all aspects. She is a natural problem solver who is always ready to go the extra mile to help her clients. That is just such a blessing for me who is trying to overcome challenges managing a flat remotely.
