Andrea is a responsive and professional real estate agent whom I would unreservedly recommend to others or use again myself. She was very knowledgeable about the properties, and could easily answer questions about the properties and the local amenities such as supermarkets and transportation. Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process.
