Throughout our search for an apartment, Ruby has provided lots of great advice, she showed us a good range of properties in the areas that we identified as our preference and nothing had been too much trouble for her. Ruby has gone ‘above and beyond’ in her efforts to secure our chosen apartment at a fair rent and then helped to facilitate all of the required administrative details. I am writing to praise and express my appreciation with the work of Dorothy on one of our residential properties on Hong Kong Island. We were looking for a place that would be in Central, but also with good light, good plan, and not too expensive. Shirley understood perfectly, and found us the exact match - and also did a great negotiation job with the landlord to secure it exactly as per our timing. She did also a fantastic job to assist us with all the utilities transferred from our old place (gas, electricity & etc), and was always available and super efficient when some questions or issues came during the move and even after. She is a positive and efficient person that I can highly recommend.
