He understood what we wanted, not just sell any old place. He was proactive in making a recommendation to us and helped us identify a flat early before others saw it. He liaised well with the landlord. He is friendly and no nonsense.

We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment.
