Shirley is a very professional person, she understood well our needs, and was always looking for new apartment to show to us. She was very efficient in helping negotiate the purchase agreement, and reach a deal quickly. She is a very nice and open personality, we had great pleasure to have her as our agent.

Our experience with Andrea couldn't be more different to what we experienced with other agents who were pushy and had bad follow up. Andrea listened and asked good questions about our lifestyle and needs/wants, more importantly, every time we stepped into a property, she was as engaged as us and would look around and check the place thoroughly to make sure there were no unpleasant surprises. Her friendliness, good nature and thoroughness made her a pleasure to work with, and most importantly, extremely good company when going about the punishing business of finding your dream apartment. Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
