I arrived in HK only 2 months ago and needed to find somewhere that is close to work (in Wanchai) and would be a peaceful sanctuary when I return home from a busy day. This seemed an impossible task; but in the short space of a couple of weeks, Dorothy Poon sussed out my personal preferences and requirements. Phenomenal service, forthcoming and truly caring even though we only took up an inexpensive rental flat, she was there every step of the way and did the extra mile whenever opportunity arose like for i stance to let the first furniture delivery in when we were not yet as we were still stick in our old place. she received our delivery in the new flat as we couldn’t make it. she follows up with all parties and her responses are prompt and helpful. really a great experience and we will sure come back to her.

Soi assisted me in the purchase of a village house in Clearwater Bay. From the very beginning she was helpful and knowledgeable. She was extremely attentive, taking calls in the evening and on weekends, and was also very willing to present our thoughts and concerns to the Vendor in a professional way that moved the whole process forward and made us feel at ease.
