Tommy understood exactly what type of apartment my husband and I were looking for. He was always available to answer our queries and was extremely helpful in helping us through the whole process of finalizing an apartment in Hong Kong. My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope.
