We recently moved house within Clearwater Bay and approached Kim to help source an appropriate property for our large family. From the outset Kim was friendly, easy to approach and instantly available when we texted or called with queries. She was prompt in finding suitable properties for us to view and we had the impression she was being very honest with us, an unusual trait with many other real estate agents. It was something we very much appreciated. Every query we had, from selecting the property, to second viewings, to questions about appliances and so forth, was promptly and professionally dealt with. She ensured the whole signing process ran incredibly smoothly despite us being abroad at the time we were trying to prepare cheques and finalize paperwork. Nora has been listening to our needs and was very patient even when we do not know what we were really looking for or changed our minds. She has been of very good advice during our search and knew exactly what would be available within our budget, which reassured us and made our search for a new home very efficient. Actually we started our search with several agents, but very quickly decided to work only with Nora, as she was much ahead of the others in terms of reactivity accuracy and local knowledge.
