My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. We found it impossible to find an apartment that 1) ticked most of our boxes and 2) was even remotely within our price range. Fortunately for us Sonam knew exactly what we were looking for and proactively showed us an apartment that we immediately loved. We gave Maki an impossible time frame to find us a new flat. She immediately knew what we needed, and never showed us anything other than what filled most of our requirements.
