We worked with three OKAY.com agents during our home search and want to thank each of them for the high quality assistance they provided. Bjoern, Nora and Soi were amazing to work with. They showed us the many different property options available across Hong Kong. We are especially grateful for the guidance and honest answers they gave us in response to our questions as we tried to best understand the benefits and detriments that we would experience in each location. Their hard work resulted in making our family extremely happy with our choice on the South Side.

Sonam was very helpful and patient with our house search. We had a set of criteria which she adhered to while recommending options. Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me. On top of this she is personable, easy going and a pleasure to chat to and work with. You are lucky to have such an individual in your organization that represents your brand.
