We had a great time working with Shirley on our flat search. She considered our feedback and refined our searches according to what we need instead of trying to push a product to us. She was extremely patient and provided very honest insight to the flats we have seen. We would like to work with her again with our next search.

Janis is professional and at the same time personable. She made the otherwise daunting task of finding a new home smooth and easy for our family. Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me!
