I would like to thank Vincent for helping me find a place in Wan Chai. Vincent works with his client with great patience by listing out everything one needs to know and I really appreciated that he always try to get things done as efficient as possible especially when it comes to the back-and-forth between potential tenant and landlord. We were looking for a place that would be in Central, but also with good light, good plan, and not too expensive. Shirley understood perfectly, and found us the exact match - and also did a great negotiation job with the landlord to secure it exactly as per our timing. She did also a fantastic job to assist us with all the utilities transferred from our old place (gas, electricity & etc), and was always available and super efficient when some questions or issues came during the move and even after. She is a positive and efficient person that I can highly recommend.
