Dorothy provided a great end to end service in us finding suitable accommodation. The engagement started before even we relocated to HK, with her giving us handy tips on what to expect on the ground. The process of inspecting potential sites also went smoothly;Dorothy always providing honest feedback through a customer based lens, and keeping in mind what our requirements were. Equally important was her role as the conduit between ourselves and the property owners at the final stages. Carment was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with. He was very transparent and forthcoming throughout the whole process, including when it came to negotiating the rent and fees with the landlord. I would highly recommend Carment in the future.
