Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up. She is very professional and after having dealing with many property agents.. she knows her stuff inside and out ! I highly recommend her to everyone whose looking for and apt/house.

We want to pass our gratitude to Kim for her wonderful assistance in securing a rental property for my family. We are appreciative of the extra effort she made in understanding our needs answering hundreds of questions we had and generally pointing us in the right direction on a suitable area to live. Tammy went above and beyond in helping us find and settle into our new home! Having an electronic lock was one of our top/mandatory requirement but it wasn’t easy to find a suitable lock due the unusual shape of the door. Tammy reached out to a lot of contractors and lock companies and managed to find us a suitable one in the end. This is only one of many examples of her great service and there’s not doubt that she’s the best agent that I’ve worked with so far.
