Shirley was patient whilst we looked at many properties and once we’d found one we liked she’s been very helpful working with the landlord and their representative to fix up issues.

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. I think it’s really important your agents listen to what their clients want and need from a rental property. Having an agent that really understands this saves so much time and is sometimes difficult to find in Hong Kong.
