Tommy was excellent. One of the best customer facing people I have engaged with. This started when we were introduced while I was in Singapore. He answered my questions promptly, even on weekends. He took time to explain the process and really listened to my criteria on what I was looking for. Each apartment he showed me matched my specifications. Flo is just amazing. Responsive; proactive, thoughtful. Didn’t have to worry about a thing. I had a parallel transaction with another agency on another property, and Flo was 100x better. I have hence decided to give Flo all my rental business exclusively for the foreseeable future.
