The first one was for the purchase of my flat and the second job two years later for the renting of these premises. I found [Ruby] to be a very professional person, working very quickly and efficiently and providing me with offers which were on the spot of what I was looking for. Andrea was very professional and took time to listen to what I liked about the flats she had shown me. Then using my preferences, showed me apartments that were more interesting to me. When it came time to sign the lease, she was very helpful and thorough. I am very happy in my new flat and have her to thank for that.

Jane knows the HK market very well and was an excellent judge of the types of places I was interested in. This means I didn't waste time and I didn't need other agents. Jane was very warm and friendly and very professional. She was always at a viewing ahead of time and had already looked at the place in detail. I hate to be competing with the agent to look! Jane left me to view in peace and then had lots of pointers afterwards to help me assess suitability. She also made room plans for me of the flat I was interested in and this was very helpful. Jane had good knowledge of negotiating and how different landlords are open to different types of offers. This was very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Jane.
