I have engaged the services of many real estate agents in my time. It has been my experience that, generally speaking, they are fairly useless. Of course, there is always an exception that proves a rule. In this case, Kim and Nicki are just that - exceptional. Kim and Nicki ensured that every facet of our apartment search was faultlessly handled and executed. Even more so, they put their own personal time and resources in to ensure that the process went super smoothly. The difference, I think, between them and everyone else is sincerity. Shere was easy to talk to. She is efficient and understands her clients’ needs. She also helped follow up on minor issues afterwards as well as help set up the utilities. A very nice experience working with Shere and I would highly recommend her to other new clients.
