I am Nisha Nair and newly relocated to Hong Kong for employment. You might know the efforts and workaround required to settle in a new country. The paperwork was handled and executed expertly, too, along with sharing timely updates with both the tenant and the landlord. She is indeed a fantastic professional and knows how to take care of her clients.

Helena was extremely helpful and responsive. She worked hard to fully understand our needs and tailor the viewings accordingly, so we didn't waste any time looking at unsuitable properties. Although we eventually decided to renew our current tenancy, Helena's advice was invaluable in helping us better understand the market. We would highly recommend her!
