Jody is professional. She addressed and resolved issues before client realized a problem may exist. Jody simplified the stressful, time consuming experience of searching for a new home, saved inordinate quantities of client billable time through her excellent efficiency. She listened to client and is a delightful, cordial person whose interest was to help the client find the "perfect new home." Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
