I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose. I can't thank her enough for all the time and help she gave us and of course, would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of moving.

Flo went above and beyond to assist us in optimizing our apartment situation, helping us navigate the challenges of the current market downturn. She competenly managed all the necessary renovations, ensuring our apartment was perfect for the new tenants. Her exceptional dedication significantly minimized our efforts. Thank you, Flo! Lala is very professional and organised. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and listened to what we wanted from our new home. She helped set up our utilities and managed all the paperwork ensuring we understood the information in the documents. Lala is patient and kind. I would highly recommend Lala to anyone.
