After briefing Jayde on our specific criteria, she was quick to show us places that – to our pleasant surprise - matched what we were looking for. We con-currently put in offers on the second and third places Jayde showed us, and were impressed with he professionalism. We were particularly impressed by the fact that Jayde rigorously negotiated both apartments, even though the agency structure for one of the apartments meant her fee would be considerably reduced. She still put our best interests first. The settlement process and apartment move were also smooth as Jayde ensured all aspects were thought of and addressed. We would happily recommend Jayde and am thankful to her for the whole process.

The pictures on the OKAY website are accurate and the website is totally user friendly. Dorothy asserted no pressure whatsoever. She has a great intuition in understanding what I probably would like and treated people with respect and care. I found an apartment on the 1st day of looking. Got a great deal thanks to Dorothy. I think landlords trust her as much as the prospective tenants. She handled all the documentation and made the whole process seem as smooth as butter. OKAY is so much better than websites of old and Dorothy is just fantastic. Highly Recommended.

It was such a relief to meet Jane after a fruitless week of searching on our initial ‘look-see’ in HK. Jane totally understood our brief so we didn’t waste any valuable time and she was extremely patient when our brief changed! Jane found us a proper home that helped us settle into our new lives at once. Jane was also extremely generous in sharing all sorts of useful information to newcomers to HK and ensuring that the admin and handover side of the contract ran smoothly.
