My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. Even though our requirements were somewhat challenging, Sonam displayed great patience and understanding and never tried to rush us into other properties that had compromises, unlike many other agents in Hong Kong. She was always accommodating regarding the scheduling of viewings and made herself available on short notice when necessary. Suk Yin (Shirley) was very warm, friendly and helpful. She provided a number of options for us to look at. She was patient and accommodating with our requests to revisit apartments we liked.
