Extremely polite, professional, organised and understood our needs. Gave solid advice and negotiated really well on our behalf.

We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.

She made the whole move very easy and stress free. Especially dealing with the Landlord, negotiating some extras for me and the transfer of utilities.
