I have engaged the services of many real estate agents in my time. It has been my experience that, generally speaking, they are fairly useless. Of course, there is always an exception that proves a rule. In this case, Kim and Nicki are just that - exceptional. Kim and Nicki ensured that every facet of our apartment search was faultlessly handled and executed. Even more so, they put their own personal time and resources in to ensure that the process went super smoothly. The difference, I think, between them and everyone else is sincerity. Early last year Helena Lau very deftly handled the successful letting of our flat to the satisfaction of two quite fussy people! Immaculate paperwork too.
In the interim all routine management work, not really OKAY’s province handled well too.
Recently the very reliable tenant has sought to vacate early (economic reasons) Helena reminded her that the contractual notice period is two months! She has expended a lot of energy in endeavouring to find a new tenant. Quite a lot of messaging involved.
Tenant has now decided to stay on. So your letting fee is now deferred! The important thing is that Helena maintained momentum-an important attribute.
I think OKAY’s recruitment and training policy really shines through here. I hope management think so also.
