Early last year Helena Lau very deftly handled the successful letting of our flat to the satisfaction of two quite fussy people! Immaculate paperwork too.
In the interim all routine management work, not really OKAY’s province handled well too.
Recently the very reliable tenant has sought to vacate early (economic reasons) Helena reminded her that the contractual notice period is two months! She has expended a lot of energy in endeavouring to find a new tenant. Quite a lot of messaging involved.
Tenant has now decided to stay on. So your letting fee is now deferred! The important thing is that Helena maintained momentum-an important attribute.
I think OKAY’s recruitment and training policy really shines through here. I hope management think so also.

I can not say enough about Tammy and her professionalism and customer focus. She took full ownership of a difficult process and it would not have happened without her. There were significant last minute issues over the weekend with multiple parties involved in getting everything sorted and Tammy took full control. I was out of the country and really depended on her for everything. She worked tirelessly to make all sides happy with the transaction. She really went above and beyond and I was extremely impressed and grateful.
