Dorothy was a great help to us in all areas of our search for a new property. We had quite a specific place in mind, with an average budget and she managed to bring us two several very high quality properties to choose from. We were so happy with one that we moved quite quickly to secure it. Dorothy was again extremely helpful in arranging all the contracts and utilities in a timely manner, and took all of the stress out of the Process. FIVE STAR SERVICE! Gertrude was absolutely AMAZING! I couldn't have wished for a better agent! I have lived in America, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and it is safe to say that Gertrude went far and beyond with what I expect a housing agent to do. In fact, Gertrude was almost more of a relocation agent. Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in.
