Flo is incredibly patient, enthusiastic and professional. Her good sense of humor makes every flat viewing a fun adventure. I would unreservedly recommend Flo to anyone looking for a home. Can't wait to see the market come down so I can work with her all over again!

I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

I cannot thank Dorothy enough for helping locate an apartment in Central for one of our employees. She was very professional and did an outstanding job communicating back and forth with the landlord. Dorothy has a fantastic work ethic and I will always use OKAY.com for any housing needs in HK.
