We were very impressed with the liaison she provided between us, as the landlord, and the couple who rented our apartment. Usually, the agent is difficult to contact and of no help once they have closed the sale, but Ruby was there all the way through, even to the point of following up days after we had moved in to solve a couple of minor issues.
