We may have not chosen our ideal apartment just yet but we have been thoroughly pleased with Dorothy's consistent efforts and help through out our viewing process. She was friendly, patient and very prompt with her assistance.

She ensured the whole signing process ran incredibly smoothly despite us being abroad at the time we were trying to prepare cheques and finalize paperwork.
