Joanne was nothing short of exceptional. From our first correspondence, to the hand over, she was highly professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs and schedule. We have yet to encounter such dedication to ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. We highly recommend and commend her for her tireless work. When I met Martina, I had a good feeling that she could find the right tenant for me. She has a lovely friendly personality, and I think is very hard-working. Martina constantly kept in touch with me, and I didn't have to wait too long before she introduced the Ko family to me. I also think she has good knowledge and experience with the property market. It was a pleasure to work with Martina, and I know I will be contacting her again when I have another vacant apartment !
