I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. Dorothy was a great help to us in all areas of our search for a new property. We had quite a specific place in mind, with an average budget and she managed to bring us two several very high quality properties to choose from. We were so happy with one that we moved quite quickly to secure it. Dorothy was again extremely helpful in arranging all the contracts and utilities in a timely manner, and took all of the stress out of the Process. I was very happy with her service from start to finish - and she has even followed up on multiple occasions since we have moved to check if she could help in any way.
