Shirley helped us find the perfect apartment recently in the mid-levels, despite a lot of special requirements for our family. We had taken the help of other agents as well before her, but it was Shirley who was able to nail the search and find one that fit all our criteria. She was constantly on the task and we viewed many apartments with her. She was very professional and able to understand our requests and act as a great liaison between us, the landlord and the landlord's agency. Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me!
