I conveyed my expectations and desires for an apartment and Ning was able to quickly organize a viewing tour. With her wide contacts I received a shortlist of apartments on a link which I could express my preliminary interest. Post which she quickly secured apartment viewing within a couple of days. During each viewing, she provided her impartial comments about the pros and cons of the apartment. It was evident that her goal was to ensure the apartment was a great fit for me. Once I’d decided on the unit she went an extra mile to achieve a fair price as well as sort out the other details such as water and electricity for me. She was a single point of contact that ensured I was able to move in a week from viewing the apartment. I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date. She arranged viewings one day after we first connected, and my new lease was signed just two days later! She negotiated well on my behalf to secure a more favourable deal. She also arranged the movers for me. This was a huge bonus, as otherwise I would have had to wait longer to secure an appointment. She was very thorough in noting any defects in my new flat.
